In case of infusion of capital, the company would be required to file various intimations/ forms and documents with RBI through its Authorized Dealer (“AD”) in accordance with Indian exchange control regulations.
• Assist in preparation and filing advance reporting form to be filed with RBI online through E Biz platform
• Assist in preparation and filing of Form FC-GPR and Form FC TRS to be filed with RBI online through E Biz platform
• Prepare Chartered Accountant Certificate and Company Secretary Certificate to be submitted along with above Form FC-GPR
• Assistance in preparation of detailed Valuation Report
• Prepare and file Statement of Foreign Liabilities and Assets with the RBI
